Our audience measurement tool (Site Kit by Google, which relies on Google Analytics 4) involves a transfer of data to Google LLC in the United States. This transfer is governed by the appropriate guarantees provided by the GDPR, in particular the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 and, secondarily, the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission. No other transfer outside the EU is carried out.
