EIDO attaches particular importance to the protection of personal data of visitors to the site https://eidosolutions.fr (the “Site”). This policy describes the processing carried out via the Site, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) No. 2016/679 and the French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 as amended.

2. Data collected
The Site collects personal data in the following cases:
- Demonstration request and contact form: first name, last name, role, company, professional email address, and where applicable the content of your message.
- Navigation data: via the cookies and trackers described in section 9, to the extent that you consent to them.
No sensitive data is collected. Mandatory fields are indicated in the forms.

4. Data recipients
The data is intended for EIDO's internal teams in charge of the commercial relationship. It may be processed by EIDO's technical providers acting as subcontractors:
- Hosting: OVH SAS (France).
- Messaging / form sending: OVH (shared SMTP).
- Audience measurement: Site Kit by Google (Google Analytics 4 integration).
EIDO does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Our audience measurement tool (Site Kit by Google, which relies on Google Analytics 4) involves a transfer of data to Google LLC in the United States. This transfer is governed by the appropriate guarantees provided by the GDPR, in particular the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 and, secondarily, the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission. No other transfer outside the EU is carried out.
6. Retention periods
- Prospect data and contact request data: up to 3 years from the last contact left without follow-up.
- Client-related data: throughout the duration of the contractual relationship, then according to applicable legal obligations.
- Navigation data and cookies: see section 9.
7. Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and opposition, as well as the right to define directives concerning the fate of your data after your death.
To exercise them, contact us at contact@eidosolutions.fr. Proof of identity may be requested. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (3 Place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, www.cnil.fr).
8. Security
EIDO implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
9. Cookies and trackers
The Site may deposit cookies:
- Strictly necessary cookies for the functioning of the Site, exempt from consent.
- Audience measurement cookies: Site Kit by Google (Google Analytics 4), deposited only after your consent. Purpose: measuring traffic and understanding how the Site is used to improve it. Maximum duration: 13 months.
You may accept or refuse non-essential cookies via the dedicated banner, accessible at any time via the Cookie preferences link in the footer. You may also configure your browser to manage them.
10. Modification of the policy
EIDO may modify this policy at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the Site on the date of your consultation.
